Retail Assistant Manager

Status: Full-Time

Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Retail Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.


Accountable for store operations and to ensure all store standards are consistently met including the ability to achieve daily sales goals. In addition to operational activities, that includes scheduling, inventory management, and visual standards upkeep, the Manager is expected to work on the sales floor with customers and associates to ensure daily sales goals are met. May be required to assist other retail stores in a management capacity when needed.

Knowledge and Skills


High School education or equivalent experience is preferred.


Preferred 2-4 years previous retail management experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. Must have ability to effectively direct others and foster their empowerment.

High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, accounting and cash handling procedures, retail buying and the inventory process. Must have an eye for visual merchandising and experience in the field. Able to schedule merchandising moves for each store based on new inventory and in store promotions.

Hours Required

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
