• Development opportunities to grow your careerPosition Summary: The Branch Manager oversees the Branch location and manages all areas of the day-to-day operations, including sales activities from supplier through customer, with the goal of increasing sales and profit, as well as the location's operations and administration teams. Responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations, and customer and supplier relations. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Oversees and supervises day-to-day Branch operations
  • Accountable for setting and achieving all Company sales goals
  • Directs all subordinates and the sales team to accomplish the Supplier and Company goals
  • Works closely with the senior Sales, Operations and Administration teams to execute all plans and directions within Company
  • Develops and strengthens relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Attracts, retains, coaches, and develops team to execute plans and grow professionally
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and identifies opportunities for development, training, and performance improvement
  • Correctly and promptly follows specified company procedures required for the appropriate handling of all emergency responses and safety practices
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing and 8-10+ years of experience in sales position in a beverage distribution environment, including 6+ years supervisory experience; OR High School Diploma and 12+ years of related experience including 7+ years supervisory experience.
    • Proven ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to various situations at the same time
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently, deal with pressures associated with deadlinesand following through to completion
    • Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales and demonstrated ability to achieve results
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsand presentation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environmentand interact at all levels of the Company
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
    • Experience coaching, training, and supervising employees
    • Thorough knowledge of Company products
    • Travel as required (up to 75%)
