Job Description:

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, with occasional weekend coverage
Length: 16 weeks
Requirements:

• 
  
• HI License -
  
• 2 or more years of full-time experience as a PT
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  
• BLS for HCP required
  
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient preferred---
  Proof of completed COVID & INFLUENZA vaccinations required

    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
