Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing?NEW HIRE BONUS UP TO $1000!
-As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for
supervising housekeeping operations to include rooms, common areas,
and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's
high standards of cleanliness. -
- Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety,
security, department procedures, and service guidelines
- Assists in scheduling staff according to standards and
forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
- Inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort
- Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels to ensure team
members have the necessary tools and supplies to perform their
duties
- Perform shift associated work such as room assignment, vacant
room discrepancy reports, and departure reports
- Assist in all department meetings
- Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineer
department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assists in the performance review process and other duties as

the following minimum qualifications and experience: -
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+years in related experience
- Valid State of Hawaii Driver's License
- Computer literacy
- Proficient English language interpersonal skills to communicate
both verbally and in writing
- Ability to repeatedly lift/carry, push/pull items more than 25
lbs
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends,
and/or holidays -It would be advantageous in this position for you
to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: -
- BA/BS or bachelor's degree
- Customer service or similar related experience
- 3+ years of related experience and/or 2+ years of supervisory
experience
