Job DescriptionAs a Temp HR Generalist, you will be responsible for engaging as a front-facing HR presence to support Team Members in navigating through the organization. Works with the appropriate centers of excellence and/or HR Contact Center to resolve challenges that Team Members may face to allow them to quickly re-engage in their work. -


SCHEDULE DETAILS:

• 
  
• Monday though Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  
• Work on-site at Ka'anapali Beach Club
  
• This is a temporary 6 months assignment
  
  
  
  ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Ensures continuity across the organization of HR practices and facilitates local HR processes on site.
    
  • Be responsible for the administration, security, confidentiality, and retention of team member records.
    
  • Confirm start dates with New Hires for Onboarding.
    
  • Facilitate areas of the core onboarding process (including -
    
  • Supports HR Business Partners with talent management, workforce performance planning, and maintaining appropriate data.
    
  • Performs other duties as assigned. -

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

    • High School Diploma/GED
      
    • Over 1 year of Administrative experience
      
    • Strong computer skills with ability to learn and adapt to new technology and platforms
      
    • Demonstrated ability in handling confidential or sensitive information

      • Previous experience in Human Resources
