Resort Assistant ManagerStatus: Full TimeLocation: Four Seasons Resort Maui at WaileaJoin the team of dedicated employees at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, named one of Fortune magazine's "Best Companies to Work For" and winner of Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond awards.We are looking for a Resort Assistant Manager who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Front Office Manager. Work authorization for this location is required.ResponsibilitiesSupervises a given shift at the Front Desk. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.Knowledge and SkillsEducation/Experience Required:* College Degree or equivalent experience.* Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the front office.Skills & Abilities:Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk and Concierge aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Housekeeping, the hotel and area. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
