alarm systems, and participation in the development of draft scopes

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FACILITIES
As a Facilities Manager, you support the Risk Management program by
coordinating, directing, and managing various projects associated
with the maintenance, repair, and renovation of existing business
properties and facilities to ensure safe effective operations and
support the continuity of operations. This position coordinates all
facility construction, repair, and renovation projects and manages
the upkeep of facility equipment and supplies. The Facilities
Manager coordinates and oversees contracted custodial services and
provides recommendations for maintenance, mechanical, electrical,
and facility design modification.

beyond as you manage facilities.
High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education degree or
certification in facility management, building construction, or
other related field.
Two years of related experience.
Intermediate computer skills (email, internet and Microsoft Word
Building construction or related trade experience preferred but not
Building materials knowledge is helpful, but not required. Are you
