As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will be greeting guests professionally and courteously to provide a positive environment for Guests and Owners, in support of the Sales team. You will be responsible for updating the system (Chorus) with tour information and assigning guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation. They are also responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls while maintaining the Sales Galleries.


  • Verify accuracy of invitation, as needed, to validate the qualified tour and verify individuals on the invitation
  • Assists in opening and closing of the Sales Gallery and model rooms
  • Responsible for presentation as well as preparing and maintaining the kitchen, self-service, and guest seating areas
  • Handle situations with dissatisfied guests who are inquiring about direct marketing packages
  • Assigns sales bays for Sales Executives by tour guest count and age of children (if applicable)
  • Liable for gift banks at assigned locations with an average value of $41,000, and maintains accuracy and balancing during shift
  • Maintains and interprets tour rules and rotation to ensure consistency and integrity of process
  • Additional duties assigned by Management, as needed, to further business objectives

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate computer skills – familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment



It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
