Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Any Description PURPOSE :
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge,
skills and /or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the
employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each
duty proficiently, with or without reasonable accommodation , at
all times while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and
the achievement/maintenance of OLS standards and profit
maximization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - To understand and respond to
all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner,
deferring to the Food and Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager when
necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction. - To extend a
courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they
arrive, and to thank them as they depart. - To make the Food and
Beverage Manager aware of all guest comments and complaints. - To
follow all specified procedures to provide prompt, efficient and
friendly customer service to Ko Shave Ice guests, and opening,
closing and presenting guest checks. - To satisfactorily perform,
as directed, all routine opening and closing side duties - To
follow all specified procedures to correctly handle all cash,
credit and gift certificate transactions, and to correctly use the
POS system. - To follow all company policies and procedures. - To
immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous
conditions. - To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas
at all times. - Follow all company safety standards, including
proper equipment handling to avoid injury to yourself and others. -
To attend all mandatory meetings as directed. - To perform other
tasks, including cross-training, as directed. - Fluency in English
(verbal and written) is required. - Communication skills are
utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests,
wait staff, bartenders, and supervisor. - Reading and writing
abilities are utilized often to answer guest's questions regarding
the pool or generalized questions to the menu. - Basic math skills
are used when performing retail cashier duties. - May be required
to work weekends, and/or holidays. - Participates in the day to day
duties of the Towel Hut & Pool Slide operations. Ensures charges
will be posted to appropriate guest account in timely manner. -
Ensures items are displayed according to OLS and hotel standards. -
Ensures established pars are maintained. Desired Skills/Experience:

co-workers and the public. - Possess a courteous, friendly and
professional manner. - Good team player. - Ability to perform
assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy,
follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum
of supervision. - Able to work well under pressure and handle
multiple tasks at once. - Must be organized, efficient and meet
high quality standards for service. - Willingness to go the extra
mile. - Must be punctual with regular and reliable attendance.
OTHER PERSONNEL ISSUES: - Abide by payroll policies, procedures
(punch in/punch out), Meals and Rest Periods policy and OLS Rules
of Conduct. - Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel safety
and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe
environment for employees as well as guests. - Report any unusual
occurrences and/or request to Management - Read and abide by all
the regulations and rules of conduct stated in the employee
handbook. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education: No formal education
required Experience: Experience in suite service preferred. Age:
Must be __ 18 _ years of age. Skills and Abilities: Ability to
read, speak and write English. Ability to perform basic arithmetic
