Role Purpose: To provide labor support by completing various tasks assigned to fulfill customer and client expectations. Job Description: Skilled Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to: --- - Remodeling guest rooms at hotels/resorts assigned --- - Caulking, Finish Painting, Punching In/Out, Spackling --- - Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements Education: N/A Experience: Previous skilled labor experience is required Skills and Certifications: --- Must have own transportation --- Must wear clean t-shirt, long pants, and steel-toe boots while working on-site --- Must be able to complete daily responsibilities with little to no assistance. --- Must be able to lift (up to) 40 pounds --- Excellent interpersonal skills, which include, written, verbal and listening. --- Puntual attendance; Dependable --- Organized, detail, and task oriented.
