Role Purpose: The Purpose of this position is to build, manage, and maintain a steadily growing portfolio of clients and prospects. Job Description: The Account Executive will support our PEO sales initiatives through identifying and developing new business opportunities in our local markets.Responsibilities include:-- --- - Identify and research potential clients -- --- - Develop and maintain client relationships -- --- - Secure new business with prospects and existing clients -- --- - Keep client information and sales leads up to date -- --- - Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, targeted email and CRM outreach campaigns, and meeting with prospective buyers -- --- - Communicate with stakeholders -- --- - Negotiate contract terms with clients -- --- - Own the relationship with the client: drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions and/or escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand our partnership and services. -- --- - Conduct client interviews, conduct QBRs, prepare data, etc. to inform what happened last quarter and implement lessons learned into the next year. Position Requirements Education: Bachelor--------s Highly Preferred; Working sales experience may be accepted for education preference Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, to include prospecting for new business required; Previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry a plus Skills & Certifications: ----- - Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization----- - The ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is required.----- - Ability to make sound business decisions and think on their toes in a fast-paced environment----- - Strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written)----- - Excellent follow through skills and time management.----- - Able to work independently and in a team environment.----- - Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency----- - Multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are essential----- - Ability to take -------on the spot----- feedback from Managers and Peers as a learning experience Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire Pay: Negotiable, based on experience Schedule: To be discussed during interview Top Benefits/Perks: As a team member at Employers Options , you will be eligible for:----- - Competitive Benefits such as 100% employer covered health care, dental care, vision care, and 401K/matching----- - Career Development Location: -- --- - Kahului, Maui, Hawaii #EOPandoLogic.
