Learning and Development CoordinatorStatus: Full timeHourly Rate: $29.92Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, HIJoin the team of dedicated employees at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, named one of Fortune magazine's "Best Companies to Work For" and winner of Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond awards.We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. - This position reports to our Learning and Development Manager. -Work authorization for this location is required.ResponsibilitiesDeliver workplace leaning and support a learning culture for all employees to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence. Provide support and clerical expertise to the Learning Manager and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee and vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.Knowledge and SkillsEducation:A university degree or equivalent experience required.Experience:Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Learning & Development role or equivalent; Experience in adult education or a similar environment;Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments.Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication skillsFacilitation and public speaking skillsEvent planning skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 0365Learning technologies, such as e-learning options and distance learningKey Competencies:Consistently demonstrates the following employee behaviours to:
