As the Grounds Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the landscaping/grounds are maintained to acceptable levels at all times while supervising, coordinating, and performing facilities duties.

  Schedule Details:
  
  
  
  Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs, but the primary hours for this position are between 6:00am-3:30pm.
  
  
  
  Additional Responsibilities Include:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Conducts daily rounds of planters to ensure shrubs, bushes, plants, and flowers are weed free, neatly trimmed, and ground cover is adequate.
    
  • Sweeps and clean common areas such as parking garages, parking lots, sidewalks, and stairwells.
    
  • Removes trash from common area bins and cleans and power washes pool decks (where applicable), as needed.
    
  • Maintains floors of facilities shops and supervises, schedules work, creates work schedules, and orders/stocks materials.
    
  • Coordinates with outside vendors to ensure work is properly conducted.
    
  • Conducts Inventory on equipment, as required and maintains all grounds and common areas in compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) audit standards.
    
  • Assist in all other related duties as assigned.

    • 
      
    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      
    • 2+ years of landscaping/grounds related experience
      
    • 6+ months supervisory experience
      
    • Valid State of Hawaii Driver's License
      
    • Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
      
    • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
      
    • Excellent customer service skills and proficient English written and verbal communication
