What will I be doing?




As an On-Call -Beach Buddie Attendant, -you will be responsible for maintaing a clean and safe pool slide and the adjacent areas.

  Schedule Details:
  
  
  
  This position is On-Call. On-Call Team Members are generally scheduled 0-19 hours per week.
  
  Our Recreation Department operates 7 days per week - Beach Buddie / Pool Attendant Team Members will work weekend shifts from 9:00am-5:00pm
  
  
  
  Additional Responsibilities Include:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Ensure safe use of the pool slide and that only registered guests are utilizing the facility.
    
  • Take the initiative to greet every guest, member, and owner in a friendly/sincere manner and provide outstanding customer service.
    
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and adjacent areas, and report any equipment deficiencies.
    
  • Assist fellow team members in all other requests as assigned by management.

    • 
      
    • High school diploma or GED
      
    • The ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 25lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
      
    • Proficient in the English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers
      -
      
      
      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
      
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Previous Hotel/Hospitality customer service experience
        
      • CPR/First Aid Certification
