Job DescriptionAs a Bartender, you will be bartending in a pool side bar and at times at the Beach Club bar. The following food & beverage tasks are performed by the Bartender, but not limited to: order taking, recording sales on a Agilisys POS terminal, bartending, bussing, cleaning, and performing administration functions such as inventorying, ordering, and bill paying for food and liquor items.--- -

  Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on food services equipment. -
    
  • Perform bartending functions at our Beach Club when needed. -
    
  • Provide Food and Beverage Service to customers at Pool Deck. -

    • High school Diploma or Equivalent
      
    • bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
      
    • strong interpersonal and customer service skills -
      
    • Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card - Blue -
      
    • Valid State of Hawaii Food Handler Certificate -
      
    • TB Clearance
