As the Full-Time Grounds Technician, you will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscaping as well as general cleanliness of the property.

  Schedule Details:
  
  
  
  Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs, but the primary hours for this position are between 6:00am-3:00pm.
  
  
  
  Additional Responsibilities Include:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Performs cleaning, trimming, weeding, watering, mowing and maintenance on all grass and plants at the hotel.
    
  • Cleans and cares for the walkways and other areas including the parking lots.
    
  • Responsible for the growth, care trimming or ornamental plants, trees, ground cover and grass, and the maintenance and care of all tools used while performing assigned tasks in the landscaping department.
    
  • Reports any problems or damage to sprinklers, property plant, dry areas, walkways, pest and insect damage to management.
    
  • Assist in all other related duties as assigned.

    • High school diploma or equivalent
      
    • Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
      
    • Able to accomodate a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
      
      
      
      
      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
      
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Previous experience in landscaping and familiarity with landscaping and maintenance tools
        
      • Excellent customer service skills and proficient English written and verbal communication
