Job DescriptionSales CoordinatorPRA collaborates with clients
anywhere in the world to make each of their event experiences

events-anywhere.The Sales Coordinator is a key component of the
Opportunity Team, primarily supporting the local and regional Sales
teams in the day-to-day process from initial point of client
contact through execution of the client contract. The Sales
Coordinator will also provide support to the Proposal Development
team as needed. As the Sales Coordinator, you will gain intimate
knowledge of the destination and hands-on experience in all areas
of Sales and Marketing including client relations, opportunity
qualification, system maintenance, site inspections, product
offerings, and proposal creation.Primary Responsibilities
Include:
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Assist in the creation of Sales documentation and client
Marketing resources in conjunction with PRA's corporate Marketing
strategy
- Provide support in Salesforce (CRM platform) maintenance
- Update/maintain Proposal Request Form
- Support organizing new venue/site visits
- Support the planning and execution of Site Inspections and
Familiarization Trips
- Coordinate client gifts and collateral for site inspections,
planning site tours, and program operation
- Coordinate hotel drop-offs
- Support Sales Managers in planning and communication for sales
trips, trade shows, meetings, etc.
- Remain current in local destination events and activities to
communicate to clients
- Manage various components of client programs including planning
and on-site support as requested
- Provide additional support as needed to the local and regional
Sales Team
- Proposal Development Support
- Assist in generating client proposals, budgets, and cover
letters as requested
- Review client proposals for accuracy as needed
- Assist in supplier reach-out for availability and placing holds
as requestedQualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years administrative experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with aptitude
for attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry in the sales or
conference services arena
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in writing proposals
- Experience with budget development and management
- Able to juggle tasks and set priorities on a daily, and weekly
basis as needed
- Prior experience in meeting client deadlines
- Knowledge of region destination and venues
- Preferred knowledge of office machines (fax, copier, color
