Maui, in Hawaii. TheSr. Solar Sales/Business Development incumbent

relationships with our team. POSITION SUMMARY:We are searching for
a motivated, resourceful, organized, accountable and disciplined
sales professional to join our growing company. The primary
responsibility for this role is to acquire new clients by
navigating the full sales cycle independently while aligning our
solution to the client's needs. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrate expertise in ELCCO'S solutions and products, the
markets we serve, and our sales process. Articulate the value
proposition, identify needs, and align solution with prospects pain
- Utilize a consultative approach including discovery, solution
selling, and upselling as needed. Skilled at navigating and
communicating with multiple stakeholders; including VP, C-Suite
executives as needed.
- Identify and engage with prospects over multiple communication
channels that result in qualified meetings. Ensure timely follow-up
of qualified leads.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs and metrics for sales.
- Ability to cultivate and build a strong sales pipeline by
managing and forecasting your sales pipeline, including maintaining
accurate information in our CRM.
- Utilize prospecting skills and best practices to advance these
contacts to qualified opportunities.
- Continuously build a healthy pipeline of new customer
opportunities by nurturing leads.
- Successfully pitch ELCCO's solutions to prospective customers.
Continuously acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of ELCCO's
- Re-engage with stalled opportunities as needed by working in
cohesion with the team
- Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales quota
- Support additional activities as may be assigned to support
marketing and sales initiativesQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Work Experience: 5+ Years of sales experience in a B2B Inside
sales Environment, including solar/electrical related,
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field,
- Proven record of success in exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient using technology tools, such as Pipedrive,
Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Technically competent around designing and financing PV,
Battery, and EV Capital improvements for medium to large energy
- Time management, embraces working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment with multi-tasking skills
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork on a consistent basisBENEFITS:
