What will I be doing?

As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for check in/check out of hotel guest courteously and efficiently, and process all payments according to established hotel requirements. You will also provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry.

    Schedule Details:

    Our Guest Services Department operates 7 days per week - hours may vary depending on business needs, but the primary hours for this role are between 3:00pm-11:00pm.

    Additional Responsibilities Include:

    • Check in/check out arriving/departing members, owners, and guests, makes room reservations, and performs all Front Desk related functions.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation and follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
    • Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times.
    • Meet with shift Leader to review daily assignments and priorities.
    • Set up work station with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
    • Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
    • Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk in person and over the phone.
    • Performs all other work as assigned.

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Excellent ability to speak, read and write English

        It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

        • Previous Hotel/Hospitality Front Desk or Cashiering experience
        • Proficient with computers
