team in Lahaina. If you are not licensed in Hawaii, we offer
Pre-Licensing Education discounts and Real Estate Licensing

Schedule Details:Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week,
shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am. Paid training is provided for
your first 2 weeks. 5 day work week will be assigned following
completion of training based on business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Engage with potential owners and present luxury Hilton Grand
Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future
vacation memories.
Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values
and policies.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up
to ensure customer happiness.
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve
guest related issues as they arise.
Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company
products.
Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Qualifications
What are we looking for....
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following
minimum qualifications and experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven
ability to close sales.
Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends,
and holidays.
Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt
to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the
following capabilities and distinctions:
6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership sales
experience.
Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury
goods or services.
Previous Hilton Grand Vacations experience.
